I have never implemented an OS, and it's a pretty big job. Some of these concepts require hardware support that doesn't exist in any current architecture that I'm aware of. I'll put them onto Usenet comp.arch, which is a pretty active newsgroup discussing the subject. They'll tell me what's wrong with them.
