A self-portrait in 100 words. Comments?

Liam Proven is a writer and IT consultant living in London, England. After a degree in Biology, he’s worked in computing and Unix for eighteen years, the last decade as a freelancer. A vegetarian and recovering Goth, he also loves books, natural history and languages and is a keen skeptic. He collects and rides unusual motorcycles and bicycles, cycles to work, runs regularly and does not drive a car. Despite being a Linux user for some eleven years, he has short hair, no beard and rarely wears sandals. He will admit to spectacles and a fondness for black clothes, though.

This is not a journal! It's a place for me to share drafts of the chapters of my forthcoming book with friends who've volunteered to proofread it for me.
